My name is Erin and here are a few of my favorite things: my little boy Cayden, all things photography, nature, weddings, traveling, my love, dogs, reggae music/ Bob Marley, and horses. I am easy-going and love to have fun with my clients. I like to think I meet my clients as strangers and leave as friends.
Here is a little of my back story. I grew up on a farm in Connecticut and also had a second house in Vermont. I grew up skiing and raising sheep...what a funny combo! I knew from an early age I wanted to be a teacher and dedicated my life to becoming a school teacher. I graduated with a bachelors in early childhood education from the University of Central Florida and then moved to Pennsylvania with my boyfriend. We now live in King of Prussia with our three year old son, toy poodle, and pit bull.
I have always loved photography and I bought my first DSLR camera in college right before my first cruise. In 2015 I thought it would be fun to take my love for photography to a new level and photograph my best friend for their engagement photos. From there it was a snow ball effect and just started taking on clients and growing my business.
I had no idea that I even wanted to do this as a career until I started. Now, I couldn't see myself doing anything else. I LOVE what I do and I love every kind of photography. I enjoy getting to meet new people and hearing their stories. My goal is to capture your story through pictures so that you can remember them for a lifetime!
Meet Our Team
We have 3 associate photographers on our team that seamlessly fit into our style of photography. Not only are they all amazing photographers, they have very similar personalities that align with our brand.
Hi, I’m Bonnie! I like to think I am funny and cute but really, I think I’m just goofy and talk too much. My photography career was something I sort of fell into after buying my dSLR. Now I am seven years in with over a hundred weddings under my belt. But even before it was a career, I have always viewed my world through a camera; whether it be my own when photographing my children and friend’s weddings from my view in the guest pew or pouring over the boxes and boxes of photos from my own childhood. I have always understood and valued the power of memories when captured in a photo.
I pride myself on how easy I am to work with. I am not one of those wedding photographers who feels my art is more important than your experience. I want my part of your day to be as much a great memory as the memories I capture on your behalf. Therefore, on your wedding day, you’ll see me smiling at you, and laughing with your bridesmaids, and dancing alongside your fiance’s grandmother.
In all seriousness, I am drawn to emotion, family, humor, love, in-between moments, and above all, to all that you value. Weddings are the greatest days of families’ lives and to be the keeper of those memories…well, it fills my heart with joy. Oh, and one more thing. I LOVE to answer questions about weddings and to help brides plan their day. The more neurotic you are with me, the more I fall in love with you.
The first time I ever photographed a couple on their wedding day was about ten years ago. I can remember the feelings and emotions of that day as if it were only last week. A lot has changed since then but the anticipation and excitement of two people about to be married still takes me right back to that first day.
I genuinely like people which means I really enjoy letting you be you. So I don't believe in forcing an emotion, a mood or a pose just to make a picture. Over the past decade, I have developed a useful set of techniques that allow me to let you be you, naturally and comfortably. However, I will gladly make a fool of myself if that's what it takes to make you smile, after all, no need to take myself too seriously.
This day, Your day, is most likely one of, if not THE biggest thing in the world to you right now. I get that. I understand that there are probably a thousand and one things swirling around inside your head so my number one ambition is to be one less thing you need to worry about. I know that you want pictures of this day that you can treasure and hold close to your heart for the rest of your life. Pictures of you and your significant other with family, friends and those you love most. This amazingly beautiful day is sure to be full of emotions and special moments, therefore it would be my pleasure and an honor to photograph it.
My love of photography began in high school as I learned film photography on my dad’s SLR camera. I loved figuring out how to change the look of a scene by controlling the settings of my camera and enjoyed the creativity that it opened up. Even though I pursued a very technical degree in engineering, I always felt that I was a more creative soul and eventually left that career to start shooting photography professionally.
Being a part of a couple’s wedding day brings me such joy. There is nothing more amazing than capturing moments that they can enjoy for years to come and share with future generations. Even after 5 years of shooting weddings, the emotions and excitement of the day never gets old. I always look for the unique moments and genuine emotion of family members and guests throughout the event. I’m unobtrusive, but always willing to step in and help make the bride and groom comfortable in front of the camera.
My hope for my brides is that they can re-live their day and elicit the exact emotions they felt in the moment just by looking at their photos. I feel it is the best gift I can give as their photographer.
